Tired of fighting weeds in your garden, flower bed, or lawn? Here’s a music video on types of weeds and how some are even beneficial to us. Remember, weeds have lives, too (if they could talk and sing, they might sound something like this). At least they would be entertaining. We can grow here and we can grow there
You can find us everywhere
Hard stop there’s not much to bench
You can try it though at your own expense
‘cause all you need to make good ground pepper
Just leave us be and you might soon discover
That keeping an eye and watching us grow

Even in drought we still thrive
We can make do with what little we get
A small spot of soil and we’re all set
We don’t mind the crowd we mingle fine
Could you see us in your yard
It’s sure a bad sign
We like to infiltrate all over the place
Crowd the others out and take up their space

Chickweed, clover, dandelion, and crabgrass
Goosegrass, nutgrass, why don’t you go fast
Bindweed, Creeping Charlie, mind the Kudzu
Growing in your yard to bother you
Golden rod, ragweed will give you a sneeze
Lots of weeds release seeds their seeds
A little poke in the ribs
Yeah take that
When you look at your lawn and see us
You won’t smile
Just give us an inch
And we’ll take a mile
You try to treat us bad
And make us go away
But when you’re not looking
We’ll be back someday
Another time another place
That’s the fact
We don’t follow a no weed
Left behind act
‘Cause everything in nature deserves it’s own spot
We just happen want a heck of a lot
